    GARDEN SEMINARS
Garden designer and historian Kirk Moore has worked on significant projects for Colonial Willamsburg, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation, Historic Savannah Foundation and countless private clients. His show, “American Gardener” on QVC was, for years, a popular source for garden requisites and ornaments. As well, Moore was a garden and lifestyle correspondent for ABC’s “Good Morning America.” For 20 years, he and partner Don Fry have developed botanically inspired product collections for major retailers — Smith & Hawken, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Takashimaya to name a few. In 2008, Moore and Fry began a relationship as ombudsmen for all floral and garden event styling at Old Edwards Inn & Spa in Highlands, NC. Their eponymous shop on 4th Street in Highlands is the go-to for anything garden and floral.

Every day at 2:00 PM at Hay House:
Friday - My Romance with Herbs
Saturday - All Neat and Right: Appropriate plants for
    the period Macon garden
Sunday - The Herbal Cupboard: Fun cooking and
    crafting with herbs

Tim Lake, owner of T. Lake Environmental
and Patrick Wells, Macon Branch Manager for T. Lake will present demonstration talks each day at the Garden Market. Both graduates of the University of Georgia, they lead a Dublin-based firm renowned for Landscape design from Central Florida to Middle Tennessee. Come to the Market to hear the following:

Friday and Saturday at 11 AM & Sunday at 3:30 PM
Friday - A Garden in the City: How to design your own
Saturday - Potted Plants, Pretty Please: Eye catching designs
Sunday - A Novel Plan for Native Plants: Thinking outside the box
